What is Form 1120-PC?
Form 1120-PC, also known as the U.S. Property and Casualty Insurance Company Income Tax Return, is an IRS form used by insurance companies that primarily underwrite property and casualty insurance policies to report their income, expenses, and determine their federal tax liability. It is distinctly different from the standard corporate tax return (Form 1120).
